2. Configuration & Preparation

Next, we pre-configure the system for your business. This includes your core settings, users, operational options and financial structure, along with any agreed document formats and workflow setup.

3. Data Import

We assist with importing your key business data from your previous software or spreadsheets. We’ve converted data from just about every system you can imagine! This saves time, reduces manual re-entry, and helps ensure you are working with the right information from the outset.

4. Pre-Live Training

Before you go live, we help you become familiar with the system, understand key workflows, and review your imported data so you feel prepared for day one.

5. Go-Live Support

During your go-live period, we provide hands-on support for you and your staff, focusing on the core day-to-day tasks that matter most – like purchasing, sales and processing transactions. We can also assist with the setup of peripherals such as label printers, docket printers, barcode scanners, StockMate and integrated EFTPOS.

6. Post-Live Training & Follow-Up

After go-live, we continue building capability with further training on accounts processes and other important business functions, such as pricing management, supplier payments, bank reconciliations and debtor statements.
