Steve Williamson

General Manager

Steve has spent the most part of 20 years working in and around technology and software in business, in both private and public sectors. After studying and working as a systems technician in the late 90’s and early 2000’s, Steve spent time in the automotive industry before moving to undertake some large-scale system rollouts in the education sector and ultimately progressing into business software development and implementation. Many of Steve’s years in this area have been spent at Foresiight, working closely with both our staff and customer base.

Steve has been closely involved in the operation of a number of successful small businesses, giving him an intimate understanding of the challenges that Australian businesses face and the opportunities that exist with the rapid growth of technology. Steve has also worked alongside many customers implementing and using the ProfiitPlus suite of applications in a real world environment. Steve has taken from these relationships a large number of feature and process enhancements that have ultimately helped ProfiitPlus become the feature rich application it is today.

Steve oversees all areas of the business in his role as General Manager including software implementation, development, sales and support. Steve still regularly assists onsite with training, implementation and consultation, mentoring new staff and ensuring they are able to maintain the high standards of support and service they expect from the Foresiight Team.

Software support

Foresiight understands the importance of speaking to a real person when it comes to customer service. We have retained our ‘old-school’ mentality to support, which allows your issue to be dealt with quickly and precisely. Using remote help, we can see your screen and guide you through troubleshooting any problems as well as training sessions, as though we were right next to you.  We also offer both remote and on-site training, for those looking to improve their processes and take their business to the next level.
