Merry Christmas to all of our customers. This Christmas has certainly crept up on us quickly! It has been a busy year for everyone at Foresiight and we hope our customers have all had a prosperous and successful year.
As always, Foresiight will continue to support its customers throughout the Christmas and New Year period, with the exception of the National Public Holidays. We will however have a limited number of staff answering support questions, so we appreciate your patience during this period as there may be a longer than normal wait for support.
So what's the best way to get support over the Christmas Period? We recommend you submit a support ticket through our support center. Our support center also provides a large range of how to guides and user processes, which may well answer your question! If you don't have a login, just click the Send Password link and enter your email address.
What are the benefits of emailing? Your ticket is automatically logged in our support queue. Support tickets are answered in order and submitting your request directly to the queue ensures you don't "lose your spot" by leaving a message for a callback later.
If you do wish to call our support number we will do our best to answer your call first time around, but you may need to leave a message for a consultant during peak times.
