Accounting & Bookkeeping

This training session is designed to provide an overview of how to use the day-to-day accounting & bookkeeping facilities within the system.  Primarily focusing on the General Ledger module, we will also touch on the flow of information from other parts of the system.

Accounts Receivable

This training session is designed to provide an overview of how to maintain Debtors and use the Accounts Receivable facilities within the system.  Primarily focusing on the Accounts Receivable module, we will also touch on the flow of information from other parts of the system.

Data Import/Export

This training session is designed to help you maintain and update your Stock File in bulk, with the help of the Data Import/Export module.

Topics include:

  • Importing supplier product catalogues
  • Bulk updates to your Main Stock File and/or Supplier Lookup Catalogues
  • Importing promotions / catalogue pricing
  • Reporting on bulk price changes
  • Simple bulk price updates (Cost and Sell)
  • Simple bulk update selected Product properties from a spreadsheet (e.g. Descriptions)
  • Industry-specific price file imports (OPEA, IHG, Mitre 10)

This training session is designed to help you review the security of your system, audit user activity, and implement approriate settings to help ensure compliance.

eCommerce

This training session is designed to provide an overview of how to use the eCommerce module and the various features connected to the interface within the ProfiitPlus system. Covering features on selecting Stock to be published, maintaining Prices, Quantity on Hand Figures and downloading Customer Orders.

Topics include:

  • Setting your Product Groups and Stock Items for Publishing
  • Defining automatic Synchronisation processes

Training is delivered by a Foresiight Consultant either remotely (online), on-site, or at Foresiight’s training rooms in Brisbane. You’ll be able to have up to 2 participants attend each session.

Duration will vary depending on content and participants – please allow between 1 and 2 hours. Each training session is tailored to cover the topics that are most important to you in greater detail.
